Graphic Designer working her magic

I’m Pip Finch and I’ve been a graphic designer for over 30 years. I started Spirit Design in 2007 to help businesses with their corporate look with eye-catching designs and great branding which helps my clients hook their clients. I love designing and the main phrase clients use in their emails to me is “Pip can you work your magic on this?”
It is so rewarding and I love building good business relationships with my clients, most of whom have been with me for the full length of my journey of the last 18 years.

I grew up with business within my family and so gained people skills and learning to listen to clients to understand their requirements as well as being blessed naturally with creative skills. I now combine the two which provides a small but successful business helping others to succeed with their marketing.

Do you need help with graphic design and artwork?

First impressions….it’s so important to have a good professional look, from the moment you hand out your business card, the person you are handing it to is assessing you and your business. Are you the company/person that can help them? This is even harder if you aren’t present and the potential client is looking at your advert or brochure. You need to hook them in. Everything about your marketing should portray what you are selling, down to the colour, the typefaces used, the pictures, the messages. I have 30 years of colour, typefaces, clients, printers behind me and love what creating the right look. Whether your business is a one-man band or a larger corporate business, I can create a new look for you to help you carry throughout your business.

From a small logo to an exhibition stand, and everything in between, please drop me a line if you would like help.

Creativity and credibility

Over the years working at past agencies I’ve worked on graphic design projects for some big names in retail, including DIY giant B&Q, former supermarket Somerfield. Your kitchen cupboards would have been familiar with my packaging designs, which include Toblerone, Terry’s Chocolate Orange, Philadelphia, Dairylea, and Kenco.

Now I’m more fond of helping small to medium size businesses across the UK, whilst using the experience I’ve gained from working on big brand names. Please don’t be put off if you are a one-man band, I can help you get things off the ground.

I also help small and medium businesses giving them advice on marketing and guide them with design help.

I make sure the whole process is easy, no jargon, have a chat, give me your thoughts on what you need, or if no idea I can give you some pointers.

But don’t just take my word for it: discover what my clients think or get in touch to find out what I can do for you.
